VALVE ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT

Valve AIM is a program that combines Risk Based Inspection methodology, Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis, and best-engineering practices to achieve optimised performance of your valve assets. Our valve integrity management program commences with an interrogation of critical and inspection data to understand the route cause and trending failure modes, to build unique maintenance strategies that optimise maintenance activities to combat real risks, and maximise the life expectancy of the valve asset.
Inception of your most critical valve assets will proactively reduce risk to the safe operation of the facility, increase reliability and confidence in facility performance.

DATA CONSOLIDATION

Survey & Analyse

Quality of data is pivotal to the effectiveness of the program. Engineering data is essential, however, physical inspection is required to validate the legitimacy of the maintained records. This is both the initial assessment, and the review of new inspection data following commencement of the program.

PROGRAM DESIGN

The Path to Reliability

RBI and FMECA methodologies are implemented to define the valve assets integrity operating window and all observation activities to monitor deterioration rates.

EXECUTION

Learning Phase

Conducting preventative and predictive maintenance activities provides learnings from the inspection data to validate the effectiveness of the program, and to further refine future activities to optimise performance, refine spending, and reduce waste.

CONTROL VALVES

Severe and General Service

Arguably the most important valves in the operation to achieve the highest quality product. With the support of smart devices, mega data can now be collected and utilised to predict deterioration of performance over the Integrity Operating Window.

PRESSURE RELIEF DEVICES

Risk Based Inspection Methodology

Pressure Safety and Relief Devices are essential to the safe operation of a process plant. Let us support you in initiating, or bringing subject matter expert knowledge to improve the reliability of your safety devices.

ISOLATION VALVES

Failure Mode and Effects Criticality Analysis

Actuated or Manual operation isolation valves require a different approach to a preventative and predictive program. With limited devices available to provide live data, the FMECA methodology is critical to mitigating risk that is not always visible or known.
